With a background in business technology management and experience in project management, his time at the Sauder School of Business (UBC), shaped a practical, structured way of thinking—focused on clarity, accountability, and results that actually hold up over time.

A graduate of the Sauder School of Business, Karma has always worked at the intersection of business, technology, and marketing. His path includes internships at Stanford University and leading marketing for a psychedelic psychotherapy company, experiences that sharpened his interest in how systems behave under real pressure. He has also collaborated with an author to bring a book from concept to publication bringing a cross-disciplinary spanning mental health, publishing and industrial marketing. At Shambala Media, he focuses on daily operations.

Marcus approaches creative strategy with a deep understanding of how people think and respond to messaging. His experience spans brand development and campaign execution across service-based businesses, where he’s helped shape creatives that earn attention and trust. He focuses on translating ideas into messaging that feels natural, clear, and effective.

Aashish studied at the Indian Institute of Management and holds a master’s degree in journalism, psychology, and English. He has spent years working directly with clients across multiple industries. Having interacted with thousands of customers, he has a strong instinct for understanding needs, setting expectations, and identifying the right fit. His experience helps guide early conversations with clarity and confidence.

Rachel brings a calm, people-first approach to client operations. Having studied in New York City, she has worked closely with clients across service-based businesses, building experience in onboarding, communication, and day-to-day coordination. She’s known for keeping things organized, clear, and moving forward—making sure clients always know where things stand.

Umar studied at leading universities in Canada and has built hands-on experience managing paid media for a wide range of businesses. He’s worked closely with campaign performance, budgets, and optimization, developing a practical understanding of what keeps ads running efficiently. His approach is detail-driven, steady, and focused on consistency and long term results.
